Reservations and Payment
- After you have received a confirmation email your booking is complete.
- If the fee is not paid on the day we set (excluding Saturdays and Sundays),your booking will be automatically cancelled.
- A cancellation fee will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- If you are hiring through a corporation, you must pay the fee in advance (same as hiring as an individual). However, under the right circumstances, you may be permitted to pay after the service is rendered.
- In every case, the payment date will be written in the confirmation email. Please abide by this date.
- During peak season, reservations made the day before or on the day will go up by 25% in price.
Fees
- A10% sales tax and 5% credit card fee are not included in the base price. All prices listed on our website are base prices.
Hourly rate
- Pick-up and drop-off services are available in all 23 areas of Tokyo. If the pick-up location or destination is outside of Tokyo, please contact us.
- Our cars are available starting at a minimum of one hour.
- Our hourly rate starts from when the driver leaves the garage on the way to the pick-up point and stops when the driver gets back to the garage.
- All our vehicles are non-smoking spaces.
- Highway tolls and parking are not included in the price and will be charged at the end of your journey.
- If you require an English-speaking driver, it will cost an extra 1000JPY per hour.
- A 25% off-hours service charge will be applied between 10pm and 6am.
- A one-hour fee will apply if the passenger is more than 10 minutes late of his or her own accord.
- The charges are based on the reservation, regardless of how long the passenger uses the vehicle.
- We are not responsible if the road conditions, weather conditions, or car defects affect the journey and results in arriving at the destination late. The price cannot be negotiated under these circumstances.
- Our vehicles can travel up to 15km per hour. Anything over this distance will be charged per 15km.
Airport service
- The stated price is for a one-way trip that includes an English-speaking driver, a meet-and-greet service, highway tolls and parking.
- We always check the passenger’s flight details beforehand and therefore are aware of any delays that may occur. There will be no extra charge for delays.
- The pick-up or drop-off location must be in one of the 23 areas of Tokyo. For any areas outside of Tokyo, please contact us.
- If the flight arrival time is between 10pm and 6am there will be a 25% off-hours charge.
- The driver will wait for up to one hour free of charge after flight arrival. Anything over an hour will result in an extra fee.
- If two or more passengers arrive on different flights but want to use the same vehicle, a fee of 10,000 JPY will be applied. Changing terminals will also result in an extra fee.
Warnings
- Please abide by the following rules to ensure the best possible journey for you and other passengers:
- No bringing alcohol or tobacco inside the vehicle by anyone under the age of 20.
- No illegal drug use.
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
- No getting in the vehicle drunk.
- No opening or closing the doors while the vehicle is moving.
- No putting your head or hands outside the sunroof.
- Please understand that if you do not abide by any of the above rules or we deem anything else dangerous your journey with us will be cancelled.
- If a passenger vomits in the car, a cleaning fee of 30,000JPY at a minimum will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable.
- Please refrain from bringing the following into the vehicle:
- Food (including dry foods)
- Flammable items (fire-works, fire-crackers, etc.).
- Illegal items.
- Weapons or hazardous materials (knives, chemicals etc).
Refunds and changes due to accidents and natural disasters
- If an accident or natural disaster affects the reserved vehicle and results in a cancellation, a full refund will be issued if the event happens before the reserved time. Rescheduling to a different date is also possible. If the passenger is already in the vehicle, the reserved time left in the vehicle will be calculated and refunded.
Changes to reservations
- For airport and point-to-point services, any changes to the date or time is possible until 6pm the day before. (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
- For any changes to the time that is after the original reserved time, the original hours will also be charged.
- If the passenger’s flight is cancelled and we are notified by 8pm the day before, no charges will be applied. Anything later than 8pm will be treated as a cancellation.
- If the amount of time the passenger uses our service is shorter than the original time reserved, the full amount will still be charged.
- Changing the time on the day of the reservation is possible, but charges will be applied from the original starting time until the time of completion.

- If we cannot accommodate the changes requested on the day of the reservation, it will be treated the same as a cancellation.
Cancellations
- Please notify us by phone or email about cancellations, and we will bank wire the money back to you within 10 business days of the payment.
- If the cancellation occurs before the payment has been made, please wire the money within three business days.
- Any bank wire fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation for airport transfers and services under four hours:
- Within 72 hours: 50%
- Within 48 hours: 80%
- Within 24 hours: 100%
- Cancellation for services over five hours or for areas outside of Tokyo:
- Within 1 week: 20%
- Within 72 hours: 50%
- Within 48 hours: 80%
- Within 24 hours: 100%
Payment method:
- Payments can be made via credit card or bank wire. Any bank wire fees are the customer’s responsibility.
